As a founding partner and CEO of Etiya, Aslan Dogan has over 20 years of experience in software industry, including general management of operations, business development, product development, ecosystem management, and strategic planning. While Mr.Dogan has dramatically improved Etiya's infrastructure and diversified the products offered, he has also maintained its strong innovation culture. Previously, he was the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Etiya, identifying market needs and communication trends to push Etiya into the next level in delivering solutions and client value.

Mr. Dogan received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Middle East Technical University (METU) in 2000.

Ali Durmus is one of the founding partners of Etiya. He has served as the Chief Executive Officer between 2004 and 2015, overseeing the company’s technical and business strategy while working closely with the firm's partners to evaluate consumer technologies and new opportunities. Mr. Durmus currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Etiya. He earned a PhD and a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU).

Serdar Dağdelen is one of the three founders of Etiya and serves as the Chief People and Culture Officer. Dağdelen previously served as the Chief Operating Officer at Etiya, responsible for overseeing consultancy, outsourcing, and operational support services. He holds an MBA degree from Bilgi University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Istanbul Kultur University.

Apostolos Kallis is Etiya’s Chief Commercial Officer responsible for global sales, business development, presales and partners. In this role, he is responsible for expanding Etiya’s client base, identifying and pursuing new opportunities, and managing our partner program. Previously, Mr. Kallis was a member of the TM Forum's Senior Leadership Team with responsibility for its global sales and account teams.

For over 13 years he was instrumental in growing the TM Forum into one of the world's leading trade associations with over 1,000 members in over 100 countries. Through his own consulting practice Mr. Kallis has been an advisor to a number of companies, working with both start-ups as well as more mature companies on their international expansion, partnering, and growth.

Ugur Gemici is leading and managing Etiya Cloud Computing and Information Security strategy and operations. With his highly skilled and specialized team, Ugur is responsible to ensure Etiya's cloud infrastructure is secure, scalable, and cost-effective. He's also accountable for developing and overseeing policies and programs to mitigate and reduce compliance, operational, and strategic security risk strategies.

Until this position, Ugur was heading Product Development and Management at Etiya, where his globally diversified team is responsible for defining and shaping the next-generation Artificial Intelligence driven Etiya Digital Business Platform portfolio. He was also engaged in leading Etiya’s strategic global Digital Transformation projects.

Before Etiya, Ugur worked at Oracle and Accenture in various roles that helped him gain all-around technical and business experience.

Barış Uca is the Vice President of Sales for Etiya and responsible for all aspects of Business Development and Sales in Turkey. He leads the sales organization with a focus on profitable growth, market share, and visibility in all industries in Turkey and serves Etiya’s wide range of product and service portfolio.

With more than 19 years of experience in the technology industry, Barış has a successful track record in both technical and sales leadership positions in large companies such as Turk Telekom Group Companies, Siemens, and Ericsson.

He has a bachelor’s degree in the Department of Business Administration and he has completed numerous executive leadership and sales management training/certification programs during his career.

Olgay Taş is an experienced product development and management professional who currently serves as the VP of Product Development and Management at Etiya. He leads a globally diversified team responsible for defining and shaping the next-generation AI-driven Etiya Digital Business Platform portfolio. Additionally, he is spearheading Etiya's Cloud Native transformation of BSS products, positioning the company at the forefront of the industry.

Before joining Etiya, Olgay worked at Turkcell and Turk Telekom in various roles, where he engaged in, and led digital transformation projects. He has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry and has proven himself to be a valuable asset in the development and implementation of innovative and cutting-edge solutions.

Olgay received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Ege University in 1994.

As VP, Executive Innovation Advisor, Sofiene Kamoun provides strategic advisory & support to Etiya’s CEO. He also focuses on customer success by providing strategic advisory & support to the Customers' executives in their innovation journey, as well as by ensuring end-end success conditions for the engagements. Finally, he coaches and mentors organizational-wide leadership to enable Etiya innovate and deliver on its strategic goals.

He has an extensive experience of strategic positioning and planning, telecommunications, enterprise architecture, software, and integration. He led key strategic initiatives for leading Canadian telecom operators. He acted as CTIO for the launch of FIZZ (subsidiary of Videotron), an all-digital mobile operator that won the 2019 Disruptive Innovation Award at the TMForum. He co-founded and operated three high-end consulting, software development & integration firms. He advised and enabled many companies through their strategic challenges and growth journeys. He architected and delivered numerous complex mission-critical solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering & Applied Mathematics.

Ertuğrul Cin is heading financial strategy and operations. He has undergraduate degree from Middle East Technical University, Department of Business Administration. After graduation, he served as fiscal inspector for Ministry of Finance. Afterwards, he held various leading roles in Anadolu Group, one of the biggest conglomerates in the region and lastly, worked as tax and finance consultant.

As the VP of Transformation and CEO Office, Nazım Efe holds over 26 years of extensive expertise in the field of ICT.

Having joined Etiya in January 2022, Efe has previously held prominent positions in leading multinational companies such as Aria, Avea, Algerie Telecom, Turk Telekom, Ericsson, and Yıldız Holding, and has been a key member of leadership teams. At Etiya, Efe leads holistic transformation and corporate maturity efforts, while also spearheading strategic initiatives to realize Etiya's vision and strategic objectives.

Nazım Efe holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Middle East Technical University and has successfully completed the Global Business program at Harvard Business School.

Gülnihal Kaya is the Vice President of Managed Services at Etiya. In this role, she is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for operations, maintenance, and support services related to the company's product and solution portfolio. Kaya focuses on optimizing customer operations and delivering high-quality service outcomes, while fostering a customer-centric culture based on principles of innovation and accountability.

Since joining Etiya in 2012, Kaya has been instrumental in managing the company's inaugural major client’s managed services project, accruing significant experience in Telco BSS operations. During this tenure, she has adeptly enhanced customer retention, strategically expanded the department with both local and international clients, and made substantial contributions to the overarching growth strategy. Kaya holds a degree in Computer Engineering and brings over 20 years of experience in the technology sector. She began her career at Hewlett-Packard, where she developed comprehensive expertise in strategic planning and execution in IT service management and project management. At Etiya, she is acknowledged as a leader who supports the company's strategic growth ambitions while consistently advancing the customer experience.
