Etiya is the winner of two Pipeline awards!

We are immensely proud to announce that Etiya was selected as the winner of two categories at the 2023 Pipeline Innovation Awards: “Innovation in Business Support Systems” and “Innovation in Customer Experience”. We are also Runner-up in further three categories: Innovation in AI & Analytics, Innovation in Agility & Automation, and in Editor's Choice.

In our award-winning application for “Innovation in Business Support Systems” we presented the new Multi-Brand Management feature of our Digital BSS, that supports CSPs in their diversification strategies by offering them flexibility and customization capabilities for their various brands, segments or verticals, for best CX and growth opportunities.

Our winner project in Innovation in CX presents the Etiya Campaign Management platform which helps companies to design and execute end-to-end, real-time, and personalized campaigns using data-driven insights via its AI-supported analytical capabilities.
